Your delivery page and email hold both links — the Google Docs template and the zip with Word and Pages files. They never expire. Can't find the email? Check spam for hello@bravoresume.com, or just write us with the email you used at checkout.
Editing help
Google Docs asks you to make your own copy first: File → Make a copy. The Quick Start guide in your download covers fonts, spacing, and exporting a clean PDF. Stuck on a formatting quirk? Send a screenshot — we'll sort it out.
Payments & receipts
Checkout is handled by Stripe; the charge appears as BRAVORESUME on your statement. Receipts come from Stripe at the email you entered. Bought the wrong template or something's not right? Email us and we'll make it right.
