Terms of Service

By accessing or using BravoResume at bravoresume.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

BravoResume is a web-based resume builder that allows you to create, edit, and export professional resumes as PDF documents. The Service includes a live preview editor, multiple resume templates, and PDF export functionality.

Anonymous access

You may begin using BravoResume without creating an account. Anonymous users receive a temporary session and can create one resume. Anonymous sessions are not guaranteed to persist — if you clear your browser data, you may lose access to your anonymous session and any associated resumes.

Registered accounts

To save your work permanently, create multiple resumes, and access your resumes from any device, you must create an account using an email address and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Account upgrades

If you create a resume as an anonymous user and later create an account, your existing resume and any template purchases will be transferred to your new account.

BravoResume offers a free Classic template available to all users. Additional premium templates are available for a one-time purchase fee.

• Pricing — Template prices are displayed before purchase. All prices are in US dollars.
• Payment processing — Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Lifetime access — Once purchased, a template is available to your account indefinitely, with no recurring charges.
• Refunds — Due to the digital nature of the product, template purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased template, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Purchase recovery — If you made a purchase before creating an account, your purchase can be recovered by creating an account with the same email address used during checkout.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using BravoResume, including your resume text, formatting choices, and exported PDF documents. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., saving your resume, generating PDFs, displaying the preview).

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content in your resumes. Do not include content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its templates
• Upload malicious code or content
• Create accounts in bulk or use the Service to send spam

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by BravoResume and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Template designs are licensed for personal use in your resumes. You may not extract, copy, or redistribute template designs or code for use outside of the Service.

PDF export is available for all templates. Free templates can be exported without restriction. Premium templates require a valid purchase before PDF export is available.

We use a server-side rendering process to generate PDFs. While we strive for accurate output, minor differences between the live preview and the exported PDF may occur.

We aim to keep BravoResume available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BravoResume and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or resume content
• Inability to access the Service
• Errors in PDF export
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials
• Employment outcomes resulting from resumes created with the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that resumes created with the Service will result in employment, or that the Service will be error-free.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and resume content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any template purchases.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
